I received my stuffs a couple of days ago. As an athlete , I often need stretch the lower part of my body. I use the mat to help me laying down on the floor, and it is really pleasant. I also use the block to stretch the caths. It really makes a difference. Great stuff

Received my wave mat over the holidays and couldn’t wait to use it. My first workout class in an infrared hot room went super well! Works best when sweaty, so beginning of class I used a little water in a spray bottle. Love the feel of the mat beneath my feet.
